I had a severe panic attack this morning.
All day yesterday I had the most wonderful experiences.
I was taking StayActiv, that gives me extra energy
when I need it.
Thursday is my day at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
In the morning I was exhilarated to have completed
my requested documentation for a sponsorship
that I have wanted for many years. I got positive feedback
and I was excited about this.
I fulfilled the documentation work in three days
with lots of other pressures at the house.
I had Self Esteem issues coming up,
and had some impactful feedback that I took in.
They yesterday, I was very tired from being up since
4 am to fine tune the Summer Proposal 2011.
The inspirations were flooding me.
I sent myself many emails as a way to stay in touch
with all these flashes.
I kept going.
I had wonderful experiences at the North Part Farmers' Market.
I am so appreciated there.
I felt I belonged.
I brought home food for Summer and her guests.
Then, I went, even though late to another social event.
I promised myself I would have some fun.
The event began at 6:45 pm
I could not get there under the last fifteen minutes.
This was refreshment for me.
These were people who were very open to sharing
love in expanded ways. I just wanted a break in my head
from where I felt stuck.
I took two StayActiv in the morning.
I had a deep rest on the Table during my acupuncture treatment.
Then, I slowed down at PCOM and got many insights about
how to prepare for the Pacific Symposium 2011.
I enjoyed making a number of videos.
I missed seeing Daniel Vereker at the market.
I missed him.
I could not find Dennie Giles either.
I was on the run, and stayed longer than I might have.
I had in mind to go to this other social gathering for
enjoyment.
On the way into the gathering, I was so late
that I had concerns I might not be welcomed,
but even though I came in late, the speaker
said, "Welcome!" That was so kind.
This gathering was about inclusivity.
I needed that so much to feel I Belong.
Then, I connected with the most wonderful old ally.
He rode his Bike to the gathering, a very far distance.
I was able to load his bicycle in my van and give him a ride home.
The intimate expressions that he shared with very moving
about what he had gone through in his life.
it was good to connect that I was not the only one whose life
had felt like it was falling apart. That was want the winter
was like for me.
FEELING ABANDONED CAME UP
A range of emotions came up this when I
realized I did not know how to contact my new friend.
I had invited him over here on Sunday.
I started to lose all the good feelings
that I felt this morning.
Then I started to panic that I could
go from such powerful inspired and happy feelings
to such frightening feelings, so fast.
I began to think that something was wrong with me
mentally.
I am very tired in my head.
I was feeling I was not up to directing the energy
of a new housemate as I had wanted today.
I finally did hear from the friend that I talked
to last night via email at least,
but I am still very concerned about my mental health
that I can go from one mental state of elation to fear
in just a brief moments.
This caused a severe panic attack to see this.

JOSHUA TREE REMEDY
The Joshua Tree Flower Essence deals with

Maybe it is driving them to surface, but
I am not convinced of that.
I just feel out of sorts with myself,
that I am not on top of my game.
I am not grounded.
