Date: 2/26/2011 2:20:13 AM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 1159 times Ok so i HAD to make this, after what happened today on day 3. But ill get into that later.
Day 1 : Was very hard, for me its the hardest day, you have to convince yourself that no. you cant start tomorow. But i got through it with some hunger pains. That part sucked.
Day 2 : Even harder. i had intense hunger pains, it just hurt. like a switch, on and off. I had some alchol on this day so i am hopeing it didnt change anything because its still liquid right? I had coating on my tougne and my breath smelt bad!
Day 3 : It was about the same as day two, other than the fact that my tougne is so heavily coated i cant find it. lol. Its 3pm so i still have another 9 hours to go but it hasnt been that hard not eating, sure im in pain. but i havnt been tempted do go off it.
Now for the phenomenon. I have this scar on my finger from where i had stiches a few years back. Today it went red and hurts when i touch it, its getting smaller. Its freaking healing. after 4 years. that was really creepy! but i have a bunch of scars hopefully it will get rid of them all!
Weight wise.
i have lost a little more than 5 pounds in the 2 and a half days i have been on it! WOOOO excited? i am. I know its water weight, about 5 pounds. But now. everything will be fat weight. yeeeeyyy!
