how why what the f***?
i ate, argh
so dont give up starting again today!!!
COME ON PUT YOURSELF TOGETHER!
i ate cuz i was afraid that after the fast i d be gaining the weight back quicker, and i d mess up my metabolism and slowing it down
on the other hand i cant hold on to a normal diet
dilema
help me
