I am planning to start a simple Journey to Recover using Natural Medician and Home Remedies!
Ten days ago, I had a sudden case of URI during a five-days Spiritual Journey in Mecca (Holy places of Muslims). I was really excited about my spiritual journey toward discovery, learning and wonderful healing when I suddenly become very sick. I had a sudden URI (sinus infection, constant cough, back pain, post nasal drips and skin allergies). I found myself in bed for two days with a high fever unable to move. My fever was bad that I was hallucinating and unconsciously speaking during night. I found myself forced to start an antibiotic course recommended by the Phramicist to deal with my sinus and throat infection.
After starting the antibiotics, I suddenly lost my appetite completely and had pain episodes in my kidney, liver and back. I started to throw up after consuming the antibiotics and had loose bowel which was followed by a sudden emotional crying episodes influenced by past events which resurfaced during my healing journey.
I was back home in a bad shape physically and emotionally. I was unable to eat and was crying all the time. I lost weight and had painful liver and stomache pains at night. I was unable to think straight but thanks to wonderful family and friends, I was advices to stay patient and calm. I started to think about my spiritual journey days. It was a successful learning experience , therefore I could be going through a major detoxification on many levels. I released planty of emotional baggage and cleared my mind and soul but they hypersensitivity made me unable to tolerate any external simulation.
My physical and emotional symptoms were becoming too much. It was an alarm! I was unable to use any prescribed drugs even Advil makes me sick. I was unable to eat, drink water or sleep-well for days.
I decided to start a Journey to Recover/Heal using Natural Medician and Home Remedies.
I started my journey by a "Cupping Session" which reduced my symptoms physically and emotionally. The cupping session was done on the 17th of the Moon Month. The toxic blood was extracted from my body. I was surprised by the large quantity of blood and the darkness of blood. After my session, I was able to eat and sleep well that night.
I am planning to continue my journey. I will consume natural medicians from the Prophet's Medician and other recommended natural medicians or common home remedies. In addition, I will incorporate some common practices learned from Curezone.
Early Morning (after waking up):
• Oil Pulling for 20 minutes.
• 1/2 tsp of Honey, Ginger and Blackseed paste.
• 1 tbsp of Honey melted in Water (from Prophet's medician/practices).
• Drinking Planty of Water.
In general, I will watch my respond to this simple program before moving into a more comprehensive approach toward well-being.
I wanted to share with you my great journey. I will keep you posted with my progress. I am confident this simple journey will flourish into better state of well-being.
