I was up late night and saw and outstanding
presentation from Jack LaLanne on his Jower Juicer.
The infomerial was well dome and geared to
older folks. I like that.
The offer was two payments of $49.95 or so.
I like the large chute on this machine.'
The infomercial was talking about all the bad ingredients
in commercial juice products.
This juicer is easy to clean and the parts can go into
the dish washer.
I have been doing a lot of work on #S-510,
the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act.
Much of the contamination issues come out of our kitchen.
I have a history with Jack LaLanne, a personal history
that goes back to the early days when he started out in
San Francisco in the Gym Fitness business.
I wrote a lot about Harpo who was an ally of Jack LaLanne
in the early days.
Harpo, Gypsy Boots, and Jack Lalanne knew each other.
I have a great picture in our archives of Gypsy Boots visiting
the old Harpo restaurant in the 70's. I also have a great
picture of Gypsy Boots and Jack Lalanne taken a number of years
ago at the Natural Product Expo West.

I imagine the FDA would have a field day with people juicing.
Raw juices were once a mainstay of health practices,
but the therapeutiic benefits of raw juice only happen
when you are using primarily fresh raw organic juices.
Anything is better than nothing.
Most people are constipated according to
my spiritual father Dr. Bernard Jensen.
A person who goes with juice and off of the
conventional FDA approved diet will likely have health
improvements, even if they are using
conventional produce from a supermarket.
The therapeutic benefits that could be achieved with this
juice would be maximizes by following some of the old
recipes that I imagine Jack provides with the juicer.
There are also numbers of books by Dr Bernard Jensen
on juicing for health.
The old archives of natural healing are loaded with the
health benefits of particular blends and balances of juices.
This of course would likely be called unscientific by the
FDA or the Members of Congress and Senators who
will be voting on #S-510.
People are struggling to hit the nail on the head about
what is good and what is wrong with the Food Safety Legislation.
Bottom line, , #S-51) is outlawed by nature.
It is taboo. That is why it is having some much difficulty getting
passed. The Soul of America the Beautiful is opposed to this bill.
The overt intent is to decontaminate some of our food supply
that is contaminated by Big Ag and Big Producers being out
of touch with the quality control principles that need to be followed
from farm to fork.
There are forces in the universe that want humanity to rise up.
There are forces that want humanity to be less that is possible.
Those two forces are aligned behind #S-510.
We have to read between the lines to see and pinpoint them.
Believe me if you wish, I am telling you as a friend
of the beet and beat of nature, #S-510 is out of harmony
with the beat of nature.
