I am feeling sick today.
I ate the normal foods that most people
eat yesterday.
It was a gala potluck in honor of Thanksgiving,
I ate some turkey grown by conventional Big Ag.
I ate a tad of conventional Mole,
a Mexican treat that has a bit of chocolate in it.
I ate some regular pinto beans,
that likely the person cooking them made by
hand, not paying attention to the source
if the beans were conventionally grown,
organic, or GEO.
I had some mash potatoes.
Likely the person who made them did not
go out of their way to make sure they were pesticide free.
The potatoes I prefer are grown by Phil Noble of
Sage Mountain Farm. They are grown watered
by an aquafer that goes 1000 foot into the belly of the Mother.
Most other Potatoes that have the FDA O.K.
are grown with chemicals that injure me.

The Turkey was likely the kind that sells for
50 cents a pound, the kind that is puffed up at
the end of their life or right after with whatever
it takes to add some weight to make an extra buck.
This is the approved method that the USDA or FDA
or EPA approves. My preference is turkey grown out
by Curtis Womach who sells his turkey for $4.00 a pound
but is worth every penny. Curtis's birds can still walk around.
They are not produced to grow so fast that they are crippled
from birth and that your happiest animal life. I hate to think
the kind of hormones their unset releases into the fresh
that many of us us once a year, Likely if it is salt added,
it is the kind of FDA gives blessing and says is FDA O.K.
The kind with the FDA O.k. is the kind that gives income
to the Industrial Ag USDA Codex Alimentarius Commission
approved salt that is made at high heat, devoid of natural balance,
and causes high blood pressure to help many people into the hospital
by Christmas.
My preferred salt is harvested on the beds off France
by people who love salt and love people. I like that Celtic
salt or the salt that I get on the wild caught salmon I eat
that comes from Connie and Dave Heibert
of Omega Me Well. I eat one of their salmon burgers
on a salad, served me, preferentially, on a BioSmart plate
made of Biogasse Sugar Cane
that helps support the livelihood of 200 small farming families
in Asia, thanks to the good intentions of Anthony, Christina
Russo and all the good folks at the EarthSmart.
The salt that Connie and Dave use is Himalaya salt,
a delicious pink, and full of naturally balanced minerals.
WHAT IS THE FDA?
What is the FDA? It is the Food and Drug Adminstration.
They are about to be given intensified regulatory powers
with the passage of the #S510, the Food Safety Modernization Act
that 100 senators will likely rush through like a
poorly digested meal that many of us will be eating
in the next week before they return to the Hill
to vote the future of the quality of food that
all the people of the US will have on our food plate
in the years to come.
The FDA is in bed with Food Rules that come from
Multi-national interests. They are the same Codex
Food Rules that now make it near illegal for TCM and
Ayurvedic healers to get the herbs that are part of
their healing art. The natural herbal companies
are not set up to pass the kind of regulations that
allow them to have legal herbs. Those laws go into
effect on April 1, 2011 in the UK.
Close your eyes. Open them. Close your eyes.
Guess what kind of food rules the FDA would like
for our herbs in the US? I think we better ask
before we give them extra powers over regulating
our foods. That is my take.
WHAT IS MY TAKE?
I am calling for for the US Senators who will vote
soon after the Thanksgiving to Chew on Food Safety;
A National Conversation is needed.
I see no need to rush given the FDA more power now.
They seem, with or without more power, to find a way
to break into the lives of innocent people do a great
job at causing havoc right now. Why give them more
power over the local farmers? I cannot say I trust
the FDA as it now is regulated.
TAKE OFF
I am willing to give the FDA more regulatory power
if President Obama immediately sits down with us
to discuss Michael R. Taylor.
I am willing to give the FDA more more if we can interview
and vet this high ranking US public servant and make
a T.V. program honoring him for all the good deeds he
has given us in more than 25 years of public service.
I want the full story of Michael R. Taylor, a star in
"Food inc" and "The World According to Monsanto"
to clearly be told on PBS, so We the People, can
in an educated manner, decide if we are going to
keep the 100 Senators in office who are giving us
more FDA in its present state of aggressive behavior
against Food as Medicine.

The FDA. I am not sure if they are suppose to be
looking out for the nation's health. I imagine they
have something to do with this, but in practice
the things they do and do not do support things
like Death by Potluck.
DEATH BY POTLUCK
A person can die today or get sick from eating
foods that we presume are O.K.ed by the FDA.
There are practices and behaviors of the FDA
and their allies that clearly make some of us feel
uncomfortable.
According to Senator Dubin, there are 87% of the
people who want to pass #S510, this Food Safety
Modernization Act. I would like the Senate also to hear
from US other growing 13 percent before they
make some very serious mistakes that may hamper
they ability to be reelected two years from now.
I am convinced that many of the 87% are currently
dumbed down by giving their trust to the products
and practices now O.K. by the FDA.
The Campaign to Educate Washington on Real Food Safety
will be sharing more of the information about these
foods that harm us in the next 12 months.
We wll also gently aim to help improve the selection
of foods that our trusted senators and House members
are now imbibing. These conventional and GEO foods
may be harming their ability to think straight.
THE RAID IN VENICE
The FDA some something to do with the raid in Venice
during the summer. Raw milk and Raw honey were confiscated.
The FDA does not believe in food as Medicine.

and those in that school of thought.
