I had a powerful conversation with Coleen Irish
who is helping to bring StayActiv before the public eye.
I have used StayActiv for a number of years now.
It is an anti-inflammatory for pain relief that gives me
a lot of energy.
So many of the pharmaceutical arthiritis remedies
have serious side effects. I have had arthritis most of my
life. I started to use Indomethacin in college and had
severe side effects including bleeding from my bowel.
It has some homeopathic properties and is classified
as a natural supplement in contrast to pharmaceutical drugs.
There are doctors from the University of Nebraska
that helped formulate this product.
I want to put up more articles that Coleen has written

The only side effect of StayActiv is that is does release energy
when I need it. Sometimes I take it when I am already tired.
Then, I have to remember that the next day to give myself
down time.
