Date: 9/5/2010 2:23:18 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 50426 times Day 17 is coming to an end and I'm really happy I've been able to fast for so long. I can already see some changes in the way I think.. It's much more healthier. I used to suffer from depression starting from the age of 13 until a year ago.. and I gained and lost so much weight during those years.. but I mostly gained weight and now I'm trying to get healthy again and enjoy life! I had a very unhealthy relationship to food. I ate whenever I was bored or sad.. and I ate even though I wasn't hungry. Now, even if I see or smell food, I don't get tempted at all.. because I don't think it's worth it. I have to change my life and now it's the perfect time.
Today I had so much energy. (Maybe it's because it's sunday and I didn't have school haha.. ) so I did some pilates (which is my favorite workout). It sculpts your body and gives you long and lean muscles which I think is very nice for girls.. and there are only 4 parts. It's quick, easy but at the same time hard.. and very effective!
