Yesterday, I lost my bottle of Fear-Less FES
Remedy on a day when I really needed it.
Over the weekend,
August 22 and 23, I had a very incongruous
exposure to M & M's Candies in an atmosphere
of sacred prayer to God.
Then Sunday, at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market
I had an experience with with Real Food
and the sweetest of loving beings
I came up from the depths of fear
and despair
to a place of speaking out about
some of my needs. I began
to see some hope because I
connected with others
who are part of my
Farmers' Market Community.
I want you to know that is is possible
to turn our life around, even within a few
hours. We can go from depths of fear
to hope. I did this yesterday.
I wish you the same.

This is a bottle of Fear-Less Flower Essence Services
essential spray. I have been using a set of these sprays
consistently as life savers during the last ten tens or so.
Fear-less is one of my most consistently used remedies
I have been using. Today, on a day when I felt a lot of
fear, I could not find the bottle when I needed it most.
Later in the day, I found my bottle of Fear-Less right
in front of my face on my desk. I felt releived to find it.
I use my blog here to help me piece together my life
and share slices of my life. Emotions are like clouds
that can pass through our lives moment by moment.
Iti s good to know that there are many remedies
that can help us keep our body and soul connected.
I am taking time now, in the midst of
a time of continuing intense emotion,
to blog.
I want to honor my allies Richard Katz Rene Terese Platsky, and Patricia Kaminski,
of FES for the gift of FES Remedies into my world
at a time when the world out there, and the world
inside me and really being presses to hold together.
I am home from the HIllcrest Farmers' Market.
It was a profound healing experience.
I am hesitant to share about the full range
of my emotions on the internet,
but I am in a position where I might save
lives if I am totally outspoken about my inner
Bio-Terrain, including my mind states.
I live my life wanting to be a gift to humanity.
I thought that during these times of Shift
when so many of us are coming out of denial
and realizing that things are not O.K.,
that I would be a leader through sharing my strength.
Maybe it is strength right now to express
how broken I feel. Maybe I am not the only
one who feels this way.
Do you ever feel like every way you turn
your mind sees one more impossible condition
that cannot be solved?
Have you ever felt at your wit's end,
depleted and exhausted?
How many people do you feel
are in this same boat
today? I imagine a lot.
THE COLLAPSE
This morning I was listening to Michael Ruppert's
work on the collapse. he has made a DVD about
that. It is called THE COLLAPSE.
I watched a trailer or an interview where he
is talking about 5 or 6 billion people on the planet
whose lives are dependent on Oil.
So what happens in a world where Oil has not peeked
in production?
Do you realize that practially all food we eat today
in America is grown by methods that are oil dependent?
Would you willing to take a peak into your
own personal world, beyond OIl?
Is there really time to catch up to the promise
of alternative energy resources?
THE COLLAPSE IS VERY, VERY PERSONAL
Do you know anyone now who
feels like there life is falling apart at the seems?

him lots of love. He was reminding me yesterday
that when we are at our wit's end,
one of the best things we can do,
is give to others.
When I told him how I was feeling,
Phil turned to some words of inspiration
on his phone to share with me.
He does not push his faith,
but is strong for me.
When you feel broken,
reach out. Do not hold your feelings
inside. Find those you care about
to share with.
Find a way up through sharing
the love inside you. Reach out.
Reach out.
Find a way.
Find a way to give.
Are you feeling down.
Find a way to open up
and go beyond the Fear.
Turn your emotion
into something creative.
Blog. Make Art.
Move the energy from
where it is stuck.
Move. Move. Move.
Get to the place where
you go beyond the overwhelm.
Attempt to remember
that emotions are voids.
Your Soul is hidden at the bottom
of the Crack.
I am remembering now.
I can't just look at these impossible
situations.
I want to do something useful
with my time today.
I want to put the feelings I
am having now aside.
It is overcast.
I am feeling a bit better.

TURNING THE PAGE
THE ENCHANTED GARDEN WELCOMES YOU
The greatest human resource in the Enchanted Garden
world is a fully alive human being.
That human Survives and Thrives because of
a relationship to wholeness.
RIght now we are starving from a lack of
dreams growing.
THE PREVALENCE OF NOT UNDERSTANDING
WHERE WE ARE IS PROFOUND
Yesterday, Saturday, I was at a Jewish Renewal event
where I brought Flower Essences made by the
FES company. I wanted to introduce these to the
lady of the house, a dear friend, who spends
her time consulting with people, many whose lives
are beyond and over the edge right now.
She is the wife of the Rabbi,
an auspicious writer in his circles.
In retrospect, I was shocked by the offerings
on the festive table that went with the Wine and
Challah.
There was a gala display of multi-colored M & M
candies. He was doting over them.
I did not hear a murmur from some of those
in attendance, who may have known better
ways to hold the connection between their
Soul and Body than honoring a bowl
of candy.
How does a place where
the name of God is invoked share M& M's to
spiritual seekers?
I just have to get that out of my system by expressing it.
Food like that is part of the collapse.
It has nothing to do with sustainable living
or God, yet how many of people know that?
BACK TO THE HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET
My ride up to the Rabbi's home yesterday
was very positive and hopeful...
I was so happy to be having different thoughts
that were positive, after a diet of thoughts
this week that were very unhealthy.
When I stepped into the home yesterday,
I started to feel out of place.
More.
THEN TODAY I had a similar experience.
I was feeling pretty good,
Until I got to the Farmer's Market.
I started to feel incredible depths of fear.
It was as if people had no idea the Collapse.
I reached into my pocket and could not find
my FES remedy called Fear Less.
I really needed that remedy.
I was in deep fear.
Next, the fear started to lead me down
a rabbit hole where I was revisiting
a profound body of feelings that I had
been feeling for many mornings this week.
Whenever I need a new housemate,
there becomes my full time job.
It takes me away from the activities in my
life that are life-affirming.
More things in my life now feel unsettled
at home than I can count.
I have been visiting the idea that
I want to die. This is so incredible to admit this,
to even speak it out, but that makes
this story even more powerful to admit
to having these feelings, that many people
may be having now.
We are not only feeling the impending
collaspe as a result of breakdowns,
many of us are at the effect of great
personal losses--losses of homes,
or thoughts that are homes,
the very ground of our being,
is on shaky ground.
NOW IT IS SUNDAY around NOON
I arrive at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.
at a certain point, I started to open up to my
friends. I was taken aback by the beauty
of some of the workers at the La Milpa Organica Farm
booth. Emily was there and another lovely lady
who said she was from Sweden.
I saw them both Saturday
at the Monthly La Milpa Organica
Farm Potluck yesterday.
The farm is under duress.
It was sited for code violations
months ago. Barry Logan,
the responsible party,
is feeling a lot of emotions.
His ground is shaking.
I REALIZE THAT I NEED TO BE VALIDATED
Just a loving glance from Emily at the
La Milpa Organica Farm Potluck was enough
to make me feel human again, then today, both Emily
and the other lovely lady, the ones who help grow the food,
both gave me hugs. They were very happy to see me!
I am going to upload my photos.
It is time for a nap.
I want you to see the world I live in.
Perhaps you know someone who still lives in the world of
M & M's? What is your every day shopping experience like?
Today, I did have have my Fear Less FES remedy with me.
I was very concerned.
But, somehow, I snapped out of it through being
totally reabsorbed into standing in total honestly
with a few other women who really care about me,
and then--having that delightful time with Emily
and the other woman from La Milpa.
I want to bless you from a place of strength,
that you now be afraid of your feelings.
Please come out and express yourself.
There is an Enchanted Garden at the other side
of the Collapse. I want you to see it, to taste it,
to know it exists, to hear its voices, to realize
that love is in the world in the hearts of
local organic farmers whose very presence is a threat
to those who make a living off of M & M's.
