INFO ON MEETING THURSDAY
CFJC Folks,
This Thursday's meeting and next will be at SDSU in the Arts and Letters building room 204, which is next to the main auditorium 201 where the keynotes and opening will be held and also registration. The meeting will be in the same room next week. Thanks for all of your hard work thus far!!! As we get down to the wire it is critical that all parties are there because we are counting on your help to make this a success.
Agenda
We will first meet in front of the Arts and Letters building at 6:30 for a 20 minute tour of campus locations. For those who are not familiar with campus this is especially critical, so that you are oriented and can help direct others.
7:00pm return to AL 204
Volunteer Coordination, contact info
Committee Reports: Marketing/ Outreach, Food etc.

Last changes to sessions for the program Sunday 4/18 at 6pm the program and speaker goes to press Monday at 9am
Parking is by permit in Parking structure 8. We will have a person to meet you at the parking structure entrance and hand you a permit (it will be a no-cite free parking on the 24-25). Think of this as a dry run for the 24th. We need your feedback on where to place signs etc.
Directions: From I-8 go south on College Avenue.
Turn right at the first light onto Canyon Crest Drive. (this is just south of the Freeway entrance at the base of the hill)
Follow Canyon Crest around (it will parallel the freeway and then curve to the right)
Turn Left at the T junction with Aztec Center Drive. Parking structure 8 will be the first structure on the right. Park in a Faculty Staff space.
From the parking structure Arts and Letters will be the tall (5+ story) building adjacent to the parking structure.
