Liver Flush to start me off!

The liver cleanse recipe i was given (by my naturopath) is slightly different to those i have found here, though i've only skimmed all the info available on this site. Anyway, i've been using it periodically since i was 17 (23yrs old now), and it has worked really well each time.
It goes like this:
do not eat for 4 hrs before cleanse.
2hrs before bed-time, eg. 9pm, take 1 dessertspoon epsom salts, dissolved in warm water (SO DISGUSTING!!!! sorry!).
Just before bed-time, eg. 11pm, juice (by hand) 1/2 a grapefruit, 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 a lime, and mix together. To this citrus juice, add the same amount of omega brand flax oil. Drink and lie down and sleep the night.
For my first few liver cleanses, it was slightly different: i was told not to eat after midday, i took 2 doses of salts, and i took a grapefruit/olive oil mixture (with up to 200mls oil). But this milder cleanse is working for me now. I did about 3 of them last month, and each time expelled gallstones - something which really surprised me. But man is it great to see those stones of fat floating in the toilet, where they should be! i.e. not inside me!
Here's some info:
I'm female, 23 years old. I was brought up on the typical western diet, something which really messed my body up a bit! I had all the typical health problems, too many to even remember, but the most significant being:
1. very bad migraine headaches throughout my mid-teens (so bad that i had full-body radiation scans for tumours, and was on powerful painkillers)
2. incessant nose-bleeds (daily, for hours at a time, and for which i had blood vessels in my nose cauterized, under full anesthetic)
3. very painful tonsillitis (with pus all over my tonsils!, and treated with increasingly strong antibiotics)
4. acne so bad that again, i was perscribed antibiotics.
Anyway, when i was 17, my younger brother became ill with anorexia. While on a waiting list for a bed in a residential care centre (and progressively deteriorating), my mother, at the end of her tether, sent him to see a naturopath she had heard about.
This was a pretty desperate move. Our family, and circle of friends, would have been skeptics of the whole sphere of alternative medicine. But, my bro went to this naturopath, began seeing him a couple of times a week, and never looked back. He also never graced the door of that residential care place.
To tie this all together: I went to the same guy with my tonsillitis. I just tagged along with my brother to this clinic when he was due in. I was booked in to have my tonsils removed, and while waiting for the op, went on a cleansing diet...
....needless to say, have still got my tonsils!
All i did was to stop eating wheat, dairy and sugar. Instead of kelloggs, i eat organic jumbo oats porridge for breakfast. Instead of tea, i drank water. I did some cleanses: parasite, kidney and 3 liver flushes (which made me so violently ill that each time i vowed i'd never do another one - must've been all that medication stored in my liver). I took supplements. And i had, for about 6months, weekly or bi-weekly acupuncture.
That was all when i was 17,18 years of age. And my life changed totally then.
I'm now 23, as i said, and am going to up my health a notch.
