- Myco.pneumoniae(Walking) - Walking Pneumonia
- Strep_pneumoniae - pneumonia, empyema (pus), middle ear infections, endocarditis, peritonitis, arthritis, bacteremia, and meningitis
- Strep_pyogenes - pus forming infections. Can cause sore throat (pharyngitis), skin inflammation, scarlet fever
- TB_gen - Mycobacterium tuberculosis
- Pertussis_Bordetella_(BioW) - causes pertussis or whooping cough, lowers WBC count
- Klebsiella_pneumoniae - bronchitis, acute bacterial pneumonia,
- Fluke_Paragonimus_(Lymph+Lung) - Lung/Lymph/Intestine/Biliary
- Syphilis+Pinta - Secondary syphilis with pulmonary involvement.
