I am calling STEVE HAYS,
The editor, an old ally,
to make a correction or two.
The byline here needs to be changed to
Friends of Exotica Rare Fruit Nursery.
This was embarrassing. I asked
for my name not to be used on the story.
I wrote it and then I guote mysel!!
Yuck! That is all I need, more negative
stuff aimed toward me for my ego.
There is also a line that is written twice
and could be cut out.
"Others are encouraged to step forward now to buy trees and pick them up now or later."
The Online story is well done.
I like the live links and the use of the photo.
In the magazine hard copy edition,
the photo is cropped and does not show the plants.
This Cutline goes under the photo
Leslie Goldman (L) with Steven Spangler. IN the planning stages, plants
from Exotica may be used at the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine
Healing Garden.
