A continuation of a previous topic
I'll be talking about different types of fish.

What kind of fish should a person eat? Of course, I already talked about eating fish that have scales, but let's get into the actual names and type (farm raised or wild caught).
Even though the oceans are polluted, I definitely recommend to eat fish, but only eat the the wild caught fish.
The farm raised fish are living in the polluted oceans along with the wild fish. And for many of these fish their environment might be much worse than the wild fish because they are raised in fish farms that are located right on the shoreline where pollution is most likely found in greater concentrations. Boats are mostly found in greater concentrations next to the shorelines - spuing out their pollution. And man dumps out many of his chemicals into the rivers that run directly into the shorelines to meet the ocean water right next to where the farm raised fish might be.
So the farm raised fish probably have all the good mercury (and whatever else) that the wild fish do...and maybe even in greater concentration (?)
But the main reason to eat wild caught fish is because of the diet that they feed to the farm raised fish. What diet is that? I don't know. But I'm going to go out on a limb, and I'm going to guess that it isn't that good.
Anyway, those fish have terrible energy readings.
What fish should you eat?
I'm a big believer in eating some Salmon periodically. If you don't like Salmon, and you refuse to eat it - you'll live - it's not a miracle food. Salmon does something more than what we all know already (providing health though beneficial oils and anti-oxidants). It also has to ability (especially King Salmon) to cause your bodies to release beneficial hormones. I have been shown that repeatedly in visions.
So if you don't like Salmon. Eat other fish. If you don't like fish period, I don't know what to tell you. Fish do have some important nutrients. The oil in the fish is important - not to mention the good protein that fish provide.
Can't a person just supplement with fish oil and get protein from another source? Yes. But then we're back into all the problems that supplements have. The protein in fish is of very high quality. I do believe that you'll live if you never eat a piece of fish in your life
Other good fish to eat:
Chilean Sea Bass - If you can afford it, try it. The fish taste good, and it's healthy.
Orange Roughy - Very good fish.
Ahi Tuna - Expensive. A fish that has plenty of good energy, but don't worry about eating it unless you like it. Whereas, I would recommend that you try to eat some Salmon somehow even if you don't like it. Ahi is in a league on its own when compared to Yellowfin Tuna both in taste and power.
Mahi mahi - Inexpensive. It's not an extremely healthy fish [not a power (so to speak) fish like Salmon, Ahi, and others], but it is plenty healthy at the same time. If you're on a budget and like this fish, I would definitely recommend to eat it from time to time. I like it at times because it complements certain recipes nicely. And like I said the fish does have a good energy to it.
Halibut - This fish like Salmon has the ability to cause our bodies to release beneficial hormones. Other fish besides the ones mentioned have the same ability to some degree or another. It's just that King Salmon is king...and other Salmon are second...and Halibut is somewhere - ahead of many of the others - when it comes to releasing beneficial hormones. Also, there's a powerful nutrient or something in Halibut. I have just seen that this is a good fish to eat, but also I saw a warning not to get carried away with it. If you never eat Halibut in your life...no big deal. Salmon is my number one pick (above Halibut for sure), and I basically said that the world would continue to spin if no one even ever ate Salmon.
Those are the power fish above. Other fish can be healthy, but those are the best for your health. These are the "Take your health to the next level" type of fish.
Summary: Eat the fish that you like.
That was an easy summary. If the fish has scales and if the fish is wild caught and most importantly if you like to eat the fish that you're eating, then that's the fish that I recommend you eat.
Oh, don't eat canned fish. If the fish is bottled in glass (and few are) that's a different story. Of course, the other ingredients would have to be scrutinized before I would endorse anything that's in a glass jar.
I'll get into steel cans later maybe...just know this...they're toxic...I believe they are very toxic.
Whatever fish it is that you like consider this idea: At times (you don't have to do this every time you eat fish) eat less than an 1/8 of pound of Salmon (just a few bits) along with the other fish that you're eating. This is a good way to get Salmon in your diet for those of you who don't like it and for those of you who don't necessarily dislike Salmon, but you prefer to eat something else. Or you don't have to have another big piece of fish to eat with it. Just eat a very small piece of Salmon from time to time. Guess where I got this idea.
