I went dancing Friday night at DANCEJAM
our barefoot boogie blast that takes place
at the EVOKOKE DANCE STUDIO,
a couple blocks from Claire De Lune,
right on University in San Diego.
The event is generally after the hours I like
to be out in Fall and Winter. It starts at 9 PM
and runs thorugh midnight.
I had a ball.
I have not danced like that in years.
CARA HUGGINS CADAWALLER is my new dance and
movement coach. She is the sparkplug on the floor
of Dancejam.
CARA and I connected at the WHOLE BEING WEEKEND.
She attended the COME ROOT YOUR DREAM Gathering
here at the ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTONAL COMMUNITY
in October.
Numbers of people commented that they have not seen
me move that much in ten years.
Yesterday at the HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET
I was moving so fast on a tour, that when the others
caught up to me, they said I was moving so fast
that they could not keep up.
I am not sure all of the natural remedies that
are responsible for my youthening and limbering up,
so I will detail what I have been doing recently.
My most common long range remedies
are STAYACTIV, a natural antiinflammatory I take for
pain relief. This supplement came into my life
at the NATURAL PRODUCT EXPO WEST a few years ago.
IT has gotten me out of some serious situtions,
including shooting pains down my legs that would have
preventing me from driving long distances.
I also use STAYACTIV for headaches.
It was invented by MARK FAULKNER
who once worked for the Olympics an college sports.
He was involved in drug testing and got tired of busting
people. He invented STAY ACTIV.
It is a good supplement for dancers and athletes,
and golfers who spend too much time on the back 40
and get stiff. This natual pain reliever really will keep you going.
The main side effect I find is that I can overdo it.
At times, I have depended on it to get going when
I would not have been able to make an appointment
or keep an engagement. I need to schedule down time
to recover. I cannot say i am the best at that.
It is an ATP accellerator. It also helps the body get rid of
lactic acid.
I have some interest to see how teen girls and menstruating women
experiment with STAYACTIV.
I understand that many new to their period take Ibuprofen.
Ibuprofen in my experience is an extremely dangerous drug.
I once took it for three weeks straight to get me out of an emergency
kidney pain condition that was later diagosed as crystals.
The pain was so severe, that I also had to cancel setting
up an Enchanted Garden at an event that started the next day!
Ibuprofen was a charm. They gave it to be in the emergency
room. I was able to set up the installation and serve at the conference
without any pain.
I had to pay a price. My bowel was so upset that it took me
an entire year to regain my balance. I had exreme diarrhea at times.
I was totally thrown off.
Stay Activ is now a substitute for me for things like ADVIL
and its more intense form Ibuprofen.
Many young women are in the habit of using Ibuprofen.
Mothers needs to be on top of this potentially dangerous
use. I would appreciate some reports from women who use
StayActiv for cramps. If it works for that it would be a great
service.
StayActiv is FDA approved.
My friends at the company really paid their dues
getting it through the red tape.
It has homeopathic properties as well.
I generally will take two or three of the pills when
I need to get going, as I did yesterday for the Farmers Market.

It is imporant that when a company puts in a lot of
work to run through the hoops with the FDA
that they have fans. I believe there are a lot of pain that
can be relieved with this product.
