im 20, female, and im 5 foot 10 and 10 stone 4 (144lbs) and id like to drop 10lbs and quick. i know im not 'fat fat' but i dont feel comfortable! at the min im a uk size 8 up top and 10 bottom and id like to be uk6 on top and 8 below!! i seriously do not have the ability like i used to - or patience- to loose ot the old fashioned way. im also sick of smoking 20 a day n wanna stop that too! so im gonna water fast for at least ten days! i hop writing here will help me ou a bit!im not even sure how this works if people can leave comments but if they can id appreciate support! ive tried loooaaaads of times and only ever managed to do like 36 hours. i know i just have to endure the first few days and maybe the hunger will stop and il have enough energy to carry on. who knows i may continue longer! id love to do 21 days! anyroad im gonna post every day and let u no my progress!! im scared! gonna have my last biscuit and smoke now! x
