In making the ENCHANTED GARDEN INSTALLATION
at the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM 09 a powerful success.
When we work together
we are in harmony with all life.
We are writing out a narrative that brings our
deepest heart felt Seed Dreams to life.
This ENCHANTED GARDEN installation will
be a Sacred Space where you are invited to
ROOT YOUR DREAMS with living beet seeds and plants
provided by CITY FARMER NURSERY and our BEET KEEPER
growers BARRY LOGAN, PHIL NOBLE, and JOE RODRIGUEZ JR.--all friends, all rooting for each other's prosperity, all local organic farmers you can met each Sunday at the HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET.
We will have sugar Cane Bagasse pots to take home
with FOXFARM potting soil, and additional seeds of Diakon
and Job's Tears., and you are encouraged to join the
BEET KEEPERS.
At this PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM we launch the Seed Dream of
Coop farming. We are all in this together. Every CSA shall have
abundant subscribers and each of our farmers, abundant Farmers' Market sales.
Shop your local Farmers' Market and join a CSA. This is FOOD SAFETY.

INVITE to ROOT YOUR DREAM
You are invited to come down to the CATAMARAN RESORT HOTEL to ROOT YOUR DREAMS. November 4 is the preconference day, and a good day to spend quality time in the Installation.
The conference opens November 5-8.
The exhibit hall opens on Friday, and is open to all.
Our set up is November 3 at 5 PM at the Catamaran.
Our teardown begins around 3 PM on Sunday.
You are invited to help out, and learn to guide others
through the ROOT YOUR DREAM RITUAL, as well
as CHEERLEAD for local farmers we admire.
HELPERS are appreciated throughout the event
at key times of lunch breaks. Arrive around 11:30
to the Catamaran.

will be at the ENCHANTED GARDEN installation
for set up at 5 PM November 3, and at the conference
from 11 AM-3 PM. This is a great time to learn how to
plant and grow food in containers from one of San Diego's
most delightful community resources.
AMY of SAGE MOUNTAIN FARM will be with us on
Saturday to share her excitement about joining the INLAND EMPIRE CSA.
EMILY ROCCHI of LA MILPA will be with us on Friday,
BARRY KORAL, vegan specialist, will be with us on Friday in the afternoon and eve. I am asking Barry to explore the role of vegetarian and vegan in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
There is a party on Friday eve.

that goes through the year 2047. Help plan out
our future San Diego map for our BRIGHT GREEN FUTURE
as a community. Mark down and envision when
your Seed Dreams will come to fruition.

DANCE OF THE HASEEDS
Seeds dreams I will be planting are a bountiful season of rain.
This we will evoked through the Dance of the HaSeeds
at key points during the event.
FARM PRODUCE DISPLAY
We will have an abundant display of locally grown farm produce
demonstrating the spirit of good will between our local organic farmers in our BEET KEEPER NETWORK. We will plant seeds
that ALL IS WELL on the FARM where ever new farm WELLS
are needed locally.
MATT SABLOVE, Beet Keeper will plant seeds for FOODSTOCK 2010, an event that will draw our community together.
MONTHLY FARM POTLUCK--GETTING THE WORD OUT
This month, the monthly community potluck, offered so many months by LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM will move up the road to JR ORGANIC, to seed Matt's future event of FOODSTOCK.

Take Sea World Exit off of Highway off of highway 8
heading toward Ocean Beach. Turn Right and look
for Mission Bay West Exist that turns around and
takes you to Mission Blvd. Turn right on Mission Blvd
and look for the Catamaran Resort Hotel large
structure to the right. Turn right into driveway
right before LA PLAYA TACO SHOP, about 100 feet
before the CATAMARAN Resort Hotel. This is the
loading dock entrance.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS from ENCHANTED GARDEN

THe loading dock is a driveway with a street
name a few feet before the LA PLAYA TACO SHOP.
PLAN TO PARK on an offstreet during the conference, or park and pay in the Catamaran lot.
1. Head east on Arosa St toward Soria Dr 397 ft
2. Take the 1st left onto College Ave 1.2 mi
3. Take the ramp onto I-8 W 9.3 mi
4. Take the W Mission Bay Dr/Sports Arena Blvd exit 0.4 mi
5. Turn right at W Mission Bay Dr/Sports Arena Blvd
Continue to follow W Mission Bay Dr
0.7 mi
6. Take the ramp onto W Mission Bay Dr 1.5 mi
7. Turn right at Mission Blvd
Destination will be on the right

TRAFFIC Can be an issue. We will leave the
Enchanted Garden Intentional Community at
4:15 in separate cars. Parking is also an issue
at the dock. Park on street if you are not unloading
a vehicle.
