Hi! My name is Andrea. I am a young mom in my mid twenties. I am married and have 2 boys. I have had health problems my whole life, but since having children and gaining weight they just seem to multiply.
I am doing a water fast in hopes that this will take care of the weight problem and some of my health issues.
I know it is going to be hard and will take work! I am supervised by my Dr. and my therapist so I have a good support system there.
I will not be telling a whole lot of people about this because I have been getting unwarranted advice my whole life and I don't want to get discouraged because of others opinions! Although feedback from you all will be appreciated :)
My thought is that I need to do this right if it is going to be a permanant fix rather than temporary.
Here is my plan:
Starting weight: 186 End goal weight: 115
Wednesday Oct. 21st-25th raw fruits and veggies, juice and water.
Monday Oct.26th-Friday Dec. 4th (40 days) Water fast
Saturday Dec. 5th-Dec. 19th Juice fast
Dec. 20th-March 20th Vegan diet
What do you all think??? I would like feedback about this plan!
I am starting tomorrow I need to get this part of my life on track!
