last March. I was drinking water that had been
poured into a glass from a container
that had potting soil in it!!!
The water came out clean through this
amazing filter.
Today, the truth is, we are in a water emergency.
It is hard to shallow this truth, but it is true.
I was watching a film last week narrated by
JANE SEYMOUR specificially about the water
we are drinking here in So Cal. Much of it
comes to us from Colorado. Other states
also get water from the same source.
There is less an less water coming to us.
We are running out!
The water we are getting is full of chemicals.
Our cities are doing their best to filter the water,
but it comes to us with chlorine, flourine, and other
chemicals that are really not fit for human consumption.
We can pretend that things are o.k. in our relationship
between us and water, but they really need a lot of work.
has been playing a major role in helping us with this problem.
Her group was one of the main sponsored of
the LIVE H20 international event that educated me
about these water issues.
At that event, I did ceremony work with a Hopi
rain dancer. The group of us created some powerful
healing for our water. The next day in Hopiland,
it rained six hours and it rained right here at the
ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY
In San Diego.
We all need to be dancing for rian this Fall!!!
The Jewish people pray for rain at the end of their
sacred High Holidays that begin this Friday.
We are going to have a rain dance here
at our community October 4. I hope you will
come here and be one of our rain dancers!!!
I have been studying a lot of solutions to our water
problem.
There are a number of friends who have come up with
water solutions that I highly recommend and one of them
are JOEY MENDELSON and MARC WALLMAN,
with the ECOUSABLE FILTER BOTTLE.
This filter will take out more than 99% of the chlorine,
flourine, and glardia. My first filter lasted about six months.
It is good for about 100 gallons of tap water that it turns
into really good water.
OF course, all these water bandaids, including
my wonderful Ecousable water filter bottle are only
fixes.
The real issue is water education.
Every drop of water that falls from the sky needs to be captured
between now and Spring of 2010.
I am working with the water devas to help bring water to So Cal.
I need you to help out by cooperating with all the great
projects in our cities that are asking us to be extremely mindful
of how much water we are using.
At the WHOLE BEING WEEKEND i made a new friend, SCOTT
who is going to be my water authority. I am planning to invite
him to speak to us about water soon here at the
ENCHANTED GARDEN.
I have been feeling very old this last year.
I have had persistent inability to digest my food
and eliminate it in a normal way. I know this is stress
related from doing all I can to manage this property.
We need so much help here! The plants keep growing,
and there are not enough caretakers.

At the Whole Being Weekend, I rediscovered
the power in the poetry that I have laid aside the last year.
I have been very absorbed in watching what is happening
the last month in Washington D.C., where international
Food Safety Regulators are downloading their visions
of the WORLD ACCORDING TO MONSANTO into
US laws now.
This is not something I wanted to see.
This is now something I want to have to tell you,
but after spending more than 200 hours looking at this,
it is clear to me that we have completely got our
ideas about FOOD SAFETY totally upside down
and inside out!!!!
KEEP THE BEET MEDIA STAR,
The Worlds FIrst Talking Beet Plant is screaming at me
to tell you that the safest food is locally grown
and organic. The safest food you can possibly eat
is either grown by you, and by a farmer who is growing
food for you. In areas like So Cal, we can have an
intimate relationship with the farmers growing our food.
I do. I do not eat any fresh food that is not grown
by one of my ENCHANTED GARDEN GROWERS.

A person today is crazy if they do not know by name
the farmer growing your food.
This is an issue of EARTH BASED HOMELAND SECURITY.
FOOD SAFETY legislation is now attempting to go through
Washington that is saying that we can come up with a better
and safe jar of peanut butter if we give more and more
regulatory powers to our FDA.
Please. Our FDA is inspired by people like MICHAEL R. TAYLOR.
Mr Taylor is the man who helped o.k. GMO's that are now
in 70-80% of all our US food. Mr Taylor is the man who
paved the way for injecting our cows with growth hormones.
He is highly quoted in the film called
THE WORLD ACCORDING TO MONSANTO.
He has worked for Monsanto and he now is our Food Czar.
KEEP THE BEET tells me that she is heading for Washington
to get to know MICHAEL R. TAYLOR and find out why he is doing
these things.
KEEP the BEET wants to be the Czarina of food for the US
and the world. She has been studying about the international
regulators called the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION.
She tells me that the say that nutrients are toxins.
They use the MICHAEL R TAYLOR kind of pseudo-science
called RISK ASSESSMENT.
RIght now, there is more mercury in our mouth than
in the oceans. By RIsk Assessment, we say it is a higher
risk to outlaw amalgams than it is to make rules that say
"don't eat mercury from the oceans." DO you understand
what I am saying?
The rules and regs we made are based on political and
economic decisions. They figure it would scare too many
oeople and cause too much expense to outlaw amalgams with
mercury. It is less a risk to business to take a stand on
laws to protect us from mercury from fish.
This is crazymaking.

We are intended to be Whole Beings in the world.
I am more interested in the World According to

than I am interested in living in THE WORLD
ACCORDING TO MONSANTO.
MONSANTO now owns most of our seeds.
That means they own your seeds as well.
Yes, I mean your seeds--the seeds below your beltline.
Anyone who controls the seeds of the world
controls our food. Anyone who controls our food
controls our ability to reproduce healthy kids.
Our INTERNATIONAL FOOD SAFETY REGULATORS
know this. Control the food, and you control people.
This is a horrible, horrible thing to have to tell you.
There are actually people in the world making rules
and regs that do not appear to have the best dreams
of humanity at large in their hearts.
I am so sorry to tell you that.
In August, there was important food safety laws that
passed the House of Representatives in about one hour.
The fate of our food for decades is a risk.
Now the similar bills want to be brought through the
senate while we have our attention on Health Reform.
We cannot say for sure when they will come before
the senate. Maybe not for a while, but they are right there
in the planning stage.
