I am beginning a programme set out for me by my naturopath today. My goal is to get from 23-25% body fat (which i currently am) to 10-14%.
It involves:
liver cleanse every second day
water fasting on the liver cleanse days
one protein meal every other day
using Zen Chi machine x3 each day
coffee enema x2-3 each day
sitz bath x2-3 each day
checking my ketosis levels x2 each day
also, acupuncture when i can afford it (at least once a fortnight), and bikram yoga 90 minute sessions as often as i can (almost every day).
