The night before...
The night before it all begins, full of hope and very little doubt.
Date: 5/17/2009 5:46:50 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 43169 times Well this is my first try and fasting, not really sure how long I will last as I love my food, but I also hate my figure.
I am going to find it hard to keep it from parents/other half because I know they will judge straight away. Hopefully being between the two houses will give me a bit of breathing room.
My biggest fear is giving up straight away and I think that if I write it all on here, I can get annoyed with myself if I do quit too quickly.
The next few days are fairly quiet for me, only working 4 hours in the evening, so fingers crosses I can make it through the bad patch with the least energy spent!
Off to sleep now, will weigh myself in the morning as a starting point... wish me luck!
