event in the USA, if not the world.

It was a natural fit.
KEEP The BEET Media Star
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
was heading for the EARTH FAIR '09
Children's Parade.
I thought I would be hooking up
with Grand Marshall's ED BEGLEY JR,
Hollywood Eco-Advocate,
and BRIDGETT LUTHER,
head of the Department of Conservation.
I missed the opening ceremony.
I was swept up in the delightful energy
of the devotees of SUPREME MASTER
CHING HAI. They are very beautiful
people inside and out.
They came down from all over California
to participate in the Children's Parade.
The enthusiastic Vegan supporters of
Supreme Master Ching Hai welcomed
KEEP The BEET Media Star.
A number of them remembered
Ms. Beet from the SOS CLIMATE CHANGE
Conference last summer in Los Angeles.
