The current US government recommensation of exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, will be replaced by recommendations for more vigorous exercise for longer periods.

Physical fitness however doesn't translate to a healthier body, as it is only one factor. Diet, nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle are other important factors.
