my water fast journey

this is day 3 of my water fast. i was just trying to lose weight and then the more research i did, i found how beneficial it can be. i want to have a new, clean and fresh body when i'm finished. my goal is 30 days, but i don't want to psych myself out. so, my first goal is a week... then 10 days... then 15 and we'll see how it goes from there. i am sorta bummed b/c i'm finding this new info everyday like: 1) i can't chew gum b/c i'm tricking my mind into thinking i'm digesting or something 2) you shouldn't take any pills [ i was taking slimquick and flush the fat: internal flush] because the point is to let your body rest and pills make your body work 3) you must use distilled water and i've been using tap. i kinda feel that my 3 days are now voided b/c of these mistakes, but i'm going to continue and just eliminate the pills and get distilled water.
this is also kind of weird...
even though i'm not eating, watching the food channel puts me at ease for some reason. just seeing the food makes me feel like things are right in the world. that's kinda sad though b/c it lets you see how addicted i am.
just to let you know [if you care], i'm 5'5" and started at about 185 pounds/size 14 [most people think i'm a size 10], so even though it sounds horribly fat, i look alright. my goal weight is like 135-150 or size 3-5. i don't know if a 3 will be too small since i already look a little smaller than i actually am, so i'll see when i get there.
I'm going to try to weigh myself every few days so i can stay encouraged and to update for you guys. i don't feel like i lost any weight yet, but with these minor changes i'm going to make, hopefully a big difference will occur.
