start!
The beginning. 140lbs
Date: 4/16/2009 3:25:47 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 50147 times Hello! I have never written a blog before however I often turn to them for experiences and advice so i hope I can share my experiences and hopefully use it as a determination to keep going!
My aim:
Start Weight 140lbs...
Aim to lose as much weight as possible by 6th May (20 days)
Size US 6/ UK 10
How:
I plan to drink as much fluids as possible and ony eat a can of soup a day...but i will keep you posted exactly on each days weight and food/fluid intake....all truths no lies!!!
Why:
We all like to be slim and my weight goes from aroun 140lb to 125lb.... but I am happier smaller i feel more confident and people commment i look better lighter...
So may6th i have a ball which i will go to lighter and skinnier... yes there is a guy nvolved (when isnt there!) but I am not deluded enough as i may have been a few years ago thinking that losing weight will win him but it wil at least give me the confidence to know I am good enough....
SOOO here goes wish me luck i will kepp you all updated...what i keep saying to myself is what is 20days... it is nothing....lets see!!!xxx
