Today is my first day of completing the MC...Hooray! I was a little hungry around lunch time but it honestly didn't bother me. I didn't get a chance to do a salt water flush today because I grab regular salt instead of sea salt by mistake last night. In the Master Cleanser Booklet it says to get uniodized salt. As you can see I was looking specifically for the word "uniodized salt" but all I saw was Iodized or "This Salt Does Not Supply Iodide" and I figure the latter was the one. So my choice of brand is Morton Sea Salt: Coarse Salt (Sea Salt From Spain). The MC worked just fine today since I was at work all day and constantly keeping myself busy. My energy level was pretty good today. At 5pm and with one hour away from punching out from work I was running low on the MC and had to add more water in my jug to last me 3 more cups. I think tomorrow morning I'll fill my gallon jug three quarters instead of half. At the moment I am on my last cup of MC for the day and I included 6 tablespoons of aloe vera in it and sadly it tastes pretty gross. I wonder if the Chocolate Smooth Move Tea tastes any good. Well, I have to finish my aloe vera juice and regular smooth move tea to find out.
