Desperate Change in My Lifestyle Desperate Need of a Lifestyle Change! Today is day one of my 14 day fast. I had a struggle coming into the office this morning, wanting to stop for a latte. I had to convince my self that this is not a fluid fast, yet strictly a water fast. I am doing this for 2 reasons, 1st I am 60 lbs over weight. The second reason is for spiritual discernment in some areas in my life. This site will be a tool to explain how I am doing and a way to express my feelings.
