Day one of my diet.

I have been doing the whole fasting/binging thing for over two years now. It's just what I do. I've gone off track and gained some weight. I'm not exactly sure what I'm starting out at (I'm too afraid to weigh myself until Tuesday) so we'll say 145.
This is how my 'diet' is going to work. I fast from every Sunday to Friday and eat on Saturdays for 5 weeks. During which, I am drinking at least 5 water bottles (refilled, of course). I'll allow myself to have diet soda if I need something in my stomach. But 6 days of fasting is a piece a cake for me. I've set up some weight loss goals to meet at the end of each week.

Feb 13- 136
Feb 20- 132
Feb 27- 128
Mar 6- 124
Mar 13-120
I just need somewhere to keep track of my days, weights, and goals. I'm glad I didn't eat much today (well yesterday since it's past 2 am and is now officially the start of my diet). I'm already feeling hungry, which I LOVE. Waking up with an empty stomach is the best feeling in the world. Well I should probably try and get some sleep. I'll update on Monday. Maybe even weigh in?
