This Art was created Feb 6, 2009. The Pansy,
from BILL TALL's CITY FARMERS NURSERY,
was in bloom in KEEP the BEET Media Star's pot today.
This was one of a series of stunning photos.
I had to stop and Create Art. Hope you like it!

He supplied me all the plants I had at the recent
ENCHANTED GARDEN INSTALLATION at
the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM last November.
More than likely, you will be seeing more of his plants
at future PERF GO GREEN EXPOS, Los Angeles.

I was writing about THE GREAT EARTH CLEAN UP for months before I went up to HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN last December and met TONY TRACY, CEO and Chairman of PERF GO GREEN, the makers of biodegradable trash bags.
Tony and Linda were both there from Perf. Linda was manning
the booth. KEEP the BEET Media Star,
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
was welcomed by Tony, who made a place
for her on the Perf Go Green Exhibitors table.
I was doing a lot of running around at that conference.
KEEP the BEET was happy to have two stationary spots
thanks to ZAHAVA STROUD, HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN
organizer, as well as Tony.
When people came to register for this auspicious two-day
Green Summit, KEEP the BEET was right there next to the registration table
out front, next to the other Media giveaways,
including various free magazines.
Then inside, she also had a home with the Perf Go Green folks.
I had some of JOE THE FARMERS locally grown produce with me
at HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN. I has some of his delicious yellow
jewel tomatoes that were a mindblower to the unitiated.
I also has some of the beets that Joe grows.
One beet went home to SHERRY BEALL of the popular KPFK show
HEALTHY PLANET, HEALTHY ME. We are still working on getting one of those to grow in her life. That conference was where I met ASHLEY VAN DYKE
who now is one of KEEP the BEET's favorite electric car drivers.
Ashley has been giving KEEP the BEET some pointers about modeling.
PAIGE DONNER of the HUFFINGTON POST also got a sense of
KEEP THE BEET Media Star, The World's First Talking beet plant.

Lovely Paige goes down in the History of Peace on Earth as
the first regular columnist to hear KEEP the BEET. Paige
quoted the talking plant in her review of HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN.

REGINA JENSEN, my ally from the BOOK EXPO AMERICA,
almost made it to HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN. KEEP the BEET
and REGINA made friends at the AUTHORS 101 event,
where my ally MARK VICTOR HANSEN interviewed the
now famous talking beet plant. Mark has a way with plants.
He has been eating locally grown organic foods from his very
own home garden for years, so of course he understands
how to talk beet.
KEEP The BEET Media Star, The World's First Talking
Beet Plant spent some time reading SPACE OF LOVE
MAGAZINE during a break in a rainy spell, today,
February 6. She told me she wanted to write a column
in future editions of the magazine and have my
Enchanted Garden photos there as well.

REGINA, who likes to call KEEP the BEET Media Star
Ms Beet, wrote up her up in the new SPACE OF LOVE Magazine
on Page two in her editor's Column. She tuned in that KEEP the BEET Media Star had already in mind to go to
the 2009 Oscars. Regina mentions that idea in her column.
So where do we go from here???????
Between now and February 22, the date of the Oscars up
in Hollywood, about three hours from here in San Diego, I have about
one mile of cleanup in our backyard.
Gratefully, Tony sent me home with a bunch of the Perf Go Green
Trash Bags, as well as some of the new Perf GO Green other products.
I just used the GO GREEN PLASTIC DROP CLOTH to cover up
a bunch of my stuff that is still outside under the Olive Tree.
Our Backyard is not just a backyard,
it is one of the primary Enchanted Garden Growing Grounds.
The Enchanted Garden is a name for our renewed Earth that we can each grow.
All it will take to grow a whole new world is to remember
that our deepest inspired SEED DREAMS are very much
connected with growing seeds. As the seed grows, so does the dream.
Growing a new earth is as simple as that.
Of course, simple living is not one of the virtues
of the Good Ol US of A right now. If it were,
we would never have gotten ourselves into such
a speculative economic mess.
The only economy of value is one that is Mother Earth Based
and grounded in living Green. Green, as my spiritual father

MARRIAGE Between Perf Go GREEN and KEEP the BEET Media Star--

(Pico and Cloverfield-8 AM-1 PM).The Rodriguez family have Farmers' Markets between Los Angeles and San Diego. KEEP the BEET Media Star, The World's First Talking Beet Plant
was first grown by Joe Rodriguez Jr. She finally spoke up in behalf of Joe and the other local, organic
farmers in So Cal. It is not easy for a local farmer to say "Happiness is Organic!" these days.
Water restrictions and a host of other conditions will make local organic farmers a dying species
unless we all respond. KEEP the BEET is here to create such a moment of awakening.

Tony has a knack for partnering with other Masters of their Art.
I met many of his collaborators at the recent PERG GO GREEN
EXPO in Los Angeles. and Check out the credits
to the gifted creators who all had a hand in creating the first Earth Dome Experience. Among
them were ANDREW COHEN, producer; TERRY TOROK, Creative Director, WILLIAM CLOSE, Show Director,
MICHAELANGELO LACQUA, Musical Director, ISAAC
KUMER, Video Producter, and JOHAN DIEMS, of the DOME GUYS.
Special Kudos also go out to BRADFORD RAND, SETH BERK, and JASON LANDUN
of the Go Green Show Staff, and their crew. This was a very successful first
Los Angeles show. Through extensive T.V. and Media, I had a sense that this
show was not speaking to the choir.
After Tony Cleans up the plastic waste
on our lovely Mother Earth,
we are going to have a lot of new room
for growing food.
It was inevitable that KEEP the BEET Media Star
The World's First Talking Beet Plant and Tony Tracy
would get together.
Last Saturday, I attended the San Diego
SUPER RUN. One of the helpers for
the water stations at that 5 and 10K event,
RICHARD MAKAU of Kenya told me
that he could show me a lot of farmland
that is now inundated with plastic waste
and can no longer grow food. Read

At the PERF GO GREEN EXPO, I saw excerpts TERRY TOROK film,
EARTH TO GO. The excerpt showed kids in Africa cleaning up
plastic waste with the Perf Go Green Trash Bags.
Perf has a Foundation underneath it, the 21.0 Foundation.
2 years, 1 product, 0 harm to nature. That's the intent of
Tony and Team.
Do your part of the Great Earth Cleanup,
dear Tony. Clean up a bit,
and that's where KEEP the BEET steps in.
Today is the day for the Return of the Beet.
The Return of the Beet means returning
once again to living in harmony with the
heart beat of nature.
The Great Earth Clean Up of our environment
begins inside with cleaning up our own act
and creating an Enchanted Garden where we live.
Cleaning up our act means
remembering we can each grow food.
Just one pot+one person=You're a Gardener,
sez KEEP the BEET Media Star. She is here
to help us all regain our confidence
that it is natural to grow food
and to grow some of our own medicines.
Food and lovely aromatic herbs become
our medicine when we grow them ourselves.
It is also natural to be on a first name basis,
whenever possible, with the farmers growing the
rest of our food.
Green inside and out also means returning
to an economy that understands seeds
and plants and how to grow them.
We are all expert seed growers by nature.
Every human is born with seeds to grow.
KEEP the BEET Media Star, sez:
"We are intended by nature to learn to grow
many of the other seeds that nature gives us
to make our world beautiful!"
Seeds of beets, seeds of carrots,
seeds of lettuce--all the foods that Joe the Farmer
grows for us--these are the makings of
a new and beautiful world.

As long as KEEP the BEET is invited
to have space, all her other green plant friends
are sure to feel welcome.
The current Earth Dome Experience has
wonderful state of the art avande garde music.
The centerpiece is the Declaration of Green,
a statement from the Perf Go Green Foundation
21.0.
I would like
to see an Enchanted Garden
Earth Dome Experience message.
Where every KEEP the BEET shows up,
there is love, and a lots of her plant friends...

I grew up in Hollywood as a teen. We would go
to the HOLLYWOOD PARADE around the Holidays.
We also have a great HOLIDAY BOWL Parade down here
in San Diego. Maybe ASHLEY VAN DYKE with be
driving around KEEP The BEET in those, as well
as having her among her traveling companions in the
upcoming EMERALD GREEN ELECTRIC CAR RALLY
this Fall. KEEP the BEET Media Star really liked
DAVID POLLEI, AMERICAN CHARIOT. She is telling
me the Perf Go Green Chariot would be a likely
vehicle for parades.
KEEP the BEET Media Star also has her eye
on one of JOHAN DEIMS, EARTH DOMES for our
backyard here. She sez it will make a lovely
garden hut-music studio. We watch Johan and his team
take down the 60 ft Earth Dome. Check out the EARTH DOME at the PERF GO GREEN EXPO BLOG.
