Day 3
Whoa! That was a close one!

I guess that’s a good sign, it shows that there’s stuff to get rid of. The SWF was again no problem. I was able to drink it faster this time. I think a lot has to do with the type of salt. Finely Ground Celtic Sea Salt from Whole Foods, it’s awesome. I’ve got a busy morning ahead so I’m up early giving the SWF plenty of time to work. My goal today is to drink 8 glasses of lemonade. I was able to drink 8 glasses yesterday, and I’m looking to have the same if not more.
6:00 p.m. Whoa! That was a close one. I let too much time pass between lemonades and I got pretty hungry, right about the time that I had to make dinner for the boys. I made sure that I made a glass of lemonade before preparing dinner. That saved me because even with just drinking the lemonade I had to tell myself not to sample their dinner, like I do every time. I almost got down on myself for feeling hungry, as if it was a bad thing, then I remembered that cravings are a detox symptom. I’m also feeling a little bit of a headache. Funny that although I feel hungry and have a headache, knowing that they are detox symptoms makes it all ok. In fact it makes it great. Talk about staying in the right frame of mind; that really helps. So far I’ve had 7 glasses of lemonade. At this point I’m shooting for 9.
10:00 p.m. Well I made it to the end of day 3 and I can say that it wasn’t nearly as difficult as I’ve heard. Besides the obvious hunger, which was satiated by the lemonade, and some irritability, I think the day went great. I was able to drink 9 glasses of lemonade and right now I’m sipping the herbal tea. It’s a bit late for the tea and I hope that it doesn’t have an adverse effect on the morning. I guess I’ll find out in a few hours.
