End of Day 1

First day of dry fasting: results.

This marks the first day of my dry fast. It has been approximately twenty-four hours since anything has entered my mouth.

Today was easier than expected. I have a lot of sweat and foul body odor, but not much else. I had a minor headache for approximately seven seconds earlier in the evening. I also experienced a minor pain under my right shoulder for a shorter length of time.

I feel a lot better overall. Hopefully I will get more results tomorrow. Also I noticed that my resistance to the cold seems to have increased, as has my sense of smell.
