Started stock account to trade online. Had good talk with Sanda and talked
to Brian too, my co-owners.

Having a difficult time with my bowel.
I was suppressing emotional issues late last night.
We have a mass of Holiday Sweet in the free area of the kitchen.
One of my housemates here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
sometimes says that eating this or that "was enough to die for."
Boy, I really killed myself on about five of this delightful cookies
that remind me of the old Mandle Bread, a hard cookie
that my Mom would make. Oh, I see, Mom=cookie.

Sorry I haven't said hello lately.
She left the body when I was 12.
Sound like Sanda and Brian will come down tomorrow.
I started to go through old emails looking for what I had sent her.
All my old emails were erased from my Imac the eve of the
Winter Solstice as I was attempting to do a simple transfer of a
photo of DAVE BARTHMUSS of GM from one file to another.
That was interesting timing and energy.
I want to call Apple Tech and see what happened and how that happens.
Is there a back up?
I do not believe it syncs automatically.
Is there a way.
Good talk with Sanda today. Very positive.
Time for a shift here. She wants to build a new home at
Dragon Belly Farm. That can be a lovely community too.
Dragon Belly Farm is on the Olympic Peninsula.

Back to basics...where is all the writing I was doing in the last three weeks
about the house?
Did I loose the email I sent to Anna?
Does Paris, Scott, or Anna have a copy of the plan I made?
Wasn't there another file I made in Pages?
It would be good to look for it.
My goal today was to get an account opened to do stock trading.
Sanda thought that CHARLES SCHWAB was a good choice of broker houses.
They do good work with kids.
I did not sleep much last night and got up early.
I have been intending to call Sanda. I said I would on Monday,
but house things and completions got between me and that.
Yesterday was a meeting here.
Chef Jem said something that could be a shocker but I took it in stride.
He is exploring moving to another place in Washington that
has biodynamic farming and could be a place to do his NOURISHING TRADITIONS work.
Chef Jem feel indispensable as an ally for me here.
He is the most positive health influence we have.
The balance would be way off. The Sugar Contingent
and I can eat anything beloveds would be too much for me
without a health anchor in the house who tends the kitchen.
[here I go again to the bathroom....oh..I see..there is a nervous connection
to my bowel and emotions...I must be feeling that. ]
I really wanted to see face to face the Charles Schwab folks.
I could not find the place. It was on the opposite side of the street.
I was wearing my good clothes and nice pants. I dressed.
I had diarrhea and had to come home to change my pants
and take a shower to clean up.
It was the cookies.
I have been doing well with the addition of BIONIC MOUTHWASH,
a wonderful silver product.
NUVA YEETAH tells me it is an anti-inflammatory
as well as does kill bacteria.
It is good to have his direct perception on me right now.
I got a refill of some of his hospital quality herbs,
hospital quality in India.
I called Nuva to get more Diatomaceous earth.
That really helps my bowel. It is good for me to sprinkle in in
what I eat.
My bowel has been firming up a bit.
I was asking Nuva,
why do I have this diarrhea?
What is the source of it.
He says it is part nerves, not just superficial nerves,
but deep and subtle. I feel things. It is the way I am wired.
We talked a while. That was nice.
Nuva says the way i am wired differently.
My meridians go South when the seasons change in Fall.
It would be natural to have down time in Winter, but I am pushing.
It is a real job to learn how to live this life I feel I have chosen.
My life definitely inspires personal growth and causes me
to be forced to learn things about being healthy.
I am tired. I need more rest.
What about the emails?
I had some I wanted to read.

Nuva will be sending more Ayurvedic herbs
in the mail.
I got halfway through doing an account online with Charles Schwab.
Interesting how they already had my information in part without me having
to give it to them. How does that happen? They had my address already,
or was that something the Imac automatically does when I fill out a form?
Likely yes.
I also asked Nuva about ORIGINAL QUINTON MARINR PLASMA.
He has direct perception. He said it would be good for me.
He said I could benefit from more than four a day.
