Goat Farm Adventures
Today was a day to take photos out at Mike McCright's
goat farm. I did some ritual work, creating space
inside for new growth, and doing some rituals
with KEEP the BEET MEDIA Star and the new Perf Go Green "Trash" Bag
made for recycled old plastic bags. It decomposes in two years.

Today was a Nature Day.
Chef Jem and I went to the Hillcrest Farmers' Market to
get some food. I was in a spirit of celebration.
I took a few photos hand stood in the glow I was feeling
after uploading the HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN WEB GALLERY.
Then, Chef Jem and I went off to MIKE McCright's
goat farm above Hidden Valley for a visit with Dolly, Veronica, and the other lady goats
who have been providing us the fixings for the raw milk Kefir
that Chef Jem has been making for months.
I was wary to take in a dairy product, but
the raw milk Kefir, with green powder, bee pollen, and/or wheatgrass
is working for me.
This has been a wonderful madcap week.
I left for LA last Sunday. Then Monday and Tuesday was
about full time activity at Hollywood Goes Green.
Wednesday, I stayed in L.A. to get off some of the images
for media use. I met a lady from Plenty magazine the in the final hours.
I wanted to make sure she had some photos in a timely manner.
I used Sarina's Mac all day Wednesday. I had in mind
to give myself a day off on Thursday, maybe go back
to the Universal Hilton, or see some college days teachers.
My needs shifted with I met an amazing man,
RICHARD HERSCHEL WOOD. He was staying at Sarina's
Wednesday night. We both had memories of L.A. of Old to share.
This was bonding.
I was still very tired Thursday. I headed for home about
100 miles away to the South. I stopped in Seal Beach
to drop off some Original Quinton for Dalya Miri.
Then I came home Thursday night.
Friday and Saturday was all about writing blogs
about Hollywood Goes Green.
There were many life shifting opportunities
to blog about.
Then, Saturday, I worked on more blogs,
and finally turned to uploading the Web Gallery.
I had in mind to go to Bianca's annual Christmas Party
last night, but it was biting cold, the coldest day in many months.
I gave Saturday evening to finishing and uploading the Web Gallery.
It was a lot of work.
The weather was biting cold again today, so I put on my
rabbit hair aviator hat. That had was a gift from a man,
a puppeteer, who gave it to be at the end of Earth Fair
a couple years ago. What a gift!
Through a miscommunication between Chef Jem,
I did not have the address to the goat farm.
We stopped at Hidden Valley Spa. Fiona Markowitz
yelled by name soon after I entered. I was able
to use the computer up there to get Mike's phone number.
I was able to reach Mike on their phone. My Iphone
was not getting reception up there.
Then, we started to find our way to Mike's, but
we could not find the way. We were on dirt roads
deep in the mountains. I was able to reach Mike
again on my Iphone. We back tracked to Hidden Valley Spa.
Mike met us there and guided us to the Goat Farm.
We would have never found it without his help.
We did not have a map. Even the map he gave us
later was difficult to follow.
I have been feeling a need for spaciousness.
It was so good being on the Former Dr. Jensen land.
That is my primary healing land where I was once
cripplied. It is also land when I go to Mark Major Life Transitions.
Attending Hollywood Goes Green,
and being the photographer, was one of those
Life Transitions.
I am in a Passage now.
It felt so natural to be among the Industry people.
Numbers of them were my peers. They sucked me up,
it felt. KEEP the BEET Media Star, and her project
to inspire people to grow food, was a treat for many.
It is a perfect Project.
Today had the feel of a pilgrimage.
It was a day of quiet celebration.
Once we got up there, I wanted to do some rituals
to mark this day.
I want to feed some of the leaves of KEEP the BEET
to the goats.
This was really fun.
The goats were very friendly and loving.
I took KEEP the BEET into a pen.
and let the goats nibble down her leaves.
They grow back.
Then, I did another ritual with PERF GO GREEN.
I bonded with Tony Tracy and Linda Daniels,
two of the principals. Tony reached out to me.
We decided to partner to do go together.
Behind FERF GO GREEN is a noble project,
beginning with a workable solution to all
the plastic bags floating in the oceans and on land.
The Green Trash bags are made from recycled
old plastic bags. Tony is an inventor.
He had created a new patient on a Green Trash
bag that will decompose in a few years.
Most plastic bags are around for hundreds or more years.
Most plastic bags are petroleum based.
These are made form old plastic bags.
There was a wheelbarrow full of goat poop and straw.
I wanted to take some home for the eaarthworms.
I went to the EG Mobile and got some of the new GO GREEN Biodegradable bags.
That was a pefect initiation for their use.
I filled one Go Green Bag up with some of the valuable goat
droppings to feed my earth worms at home.
This felt really right.
I did an empowerment for GO Green.
I took photos of it in the wheelbarrow,
a far cry from the bright lights of Hollywood.
Then, I took Go Green over to the goats.
They eye balled Perf Go Green and showed a lot of interest
in the product.
They were very interested. They gave Go Green and good look see.
There were a lot of other animals at Mike's,
puppy dogs, chickens, geese and a Emu
with an incredible flexible neck.
There was a black dog who was very loving
and kept nuggling my hand, wanting me to pet him.
He rolled over and wanted attention on his belly.
He was modeling for Hollywood, I thought.
We left the mountain above Hidden Vallley before the sun
went fully down. If there had been more time,
and we had not lost so much time with directions,
I would have gone back to the Self Realization Fellowship
Ashram in the Valley and spend some time in the Meditation Garden.
We did stop there on the way in for a bathroom break.
The day was a wonderful outing,
a delightful balancing of the days at Hollywood Goes Green
and the days here at the computer blogging about the new
friends I made in Hollywood.
I will blog more tomorrow and complete this healing adventure.
I mailed out the Web Gallery last night.
There were four incredible responses so far.
I also had a great phone conversation with Anthony Zolezzi
yesterday as well as emails with Linda Daniel.
Those were so important, to make contact and ground
the committments we made at Hollywood Goes Green.
I have a quiet happiness inside now.
I am happy about great, great, new ways to serve.
Some very special new friends are coming into my life.
Tomorrow I will complete.
Then Tuesday I will be in touch with Sanda
about the Refinancing of the house.
