Introduction.
why am i doing this water fast?
Date: 12/5/2008 7:28:49 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2537 times Well I've been trying to go on a water fast for aaaaages now, I've failed the last ..like 5 attempts and it makes me unhappy. I've read numerous pro ana websites for other ways to quickly slim down but It all comes back to doing a water fast first. Because in order to get the will power to stick to those restrictive diets, I need to get the strength from this water fast. Currently I am strongly addicted to bread, its pretty bad. So yeah I've put on heaps of weight this year and need to lose 10-20lbs asap. I'm not sure how long i am doing this for, but i'd really like to at least get through a week.
Reasons I'm doing this are:
* For my boyfriend
- need to be lighter than him
- need to be smaller than him
- When he tickles me i dont want him losing his hand in my fat rolls :)
- he recently lost weight so i need to too
* For me
- smaller thighs , arms, arse, stomach,
- QLD at Christmas
- Visiting Grandparents
- Summer = bikini
- look shit in short shorts atm
- Need mental clarity to decide a few things
- Prove to my family i can be thin and not get fat like all of them!!
- Be thin like all my friends
- When doing this i will be in control for once
- Last day of school most likely we'll be swimming and group showering lol
etc...
