The Peace Culture needs to be better organized and more empowered than the War Culture, if war is to end. We have the power to organize and empower ourselves.

==because laws need to be improved to promote Peace & Freedom==
4. TEACH PEACE CAREERS
==because conventional careers support the war culture==
5. BOYCOTT WAR CULTURE, esp big businesses & colleges
==because they're the main supporters of the war culture==
6. CONVERT YOUNGER CONSERVATIVES
==because conservatives are the main voters for the war culture==
