Here's my list of good and bad diet and health practices. It may need improvements.

Healthful Diet Habits:
* 1) More than 10 times a week having RAW FOOD or Raw Juice.
* 2) More than 3 times a week having SPROUTS.
* 3) More than 5 times a week having FERMENTS, like apple cider vinegar, kefir, raw yogurt, pickles, saurkraut, tempeh, miso etc.
* 4) More than 5 times a week having NATURAL FAT/OIL: olive oil, coconut oil, butter, flax, walnuts, sardines, or cooked Arctic salmon.
* 5) More than 5 times a week having MEAT, eggs, or poultry.
* 6) More than 5 times a week having GREENS.
* 7) Less than 10 times a week having LEGUMES: beans, peas, or peanuts, not counting soy.
* 8) Less than 5 times a week having POTATOES.
* 9) More than 5 times a week having OTHER VEGETABLES besides the above.
* 10) More than 3 times a week having FRUIT.
* 11) Less than 5 times a week having DRIED FRUIT.
* 12) Less than 10 times a week having Other DAIRY products, besides kefir or yogurt.
* 13) More than 5 times a week having CELTIC SEA SALT.
* 14) 1 or more times a week taking natural, unprocessed supplements.
Unhealthful Diet Habits:
* 1) More than 3 times a week having GRAIN products, not counting sprouts, but such foods as cereals and foods made from dough.
* 2) More than 3 times a week having Other SOY products, besides miso or tempeh.
* 3) More than 1 time a week having FRIED, grilled, barbecued, or microwaved food.
* 4) More than 1 time a week having UNNATURAL FAT/OIL: cooking oil [hydrogenated], margarine, or food made with vegetable shortening.
* 5) More than 1 time a week having Other FISH or SEAFOOD, besides sardines or Arctic salmon.
* 6) More than 1 time a week having CATSUP OR TOMATO PUREE.
* 7) More than 1 time a week having unhealthful BEVERAGES, i.e. soda, bottled or canned juice, alcohol, or coffee.
* 8) Nearly once or more every week having ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS in foods or beverages.
* 9) Nearly once or more every week having GLUTAMATE, MSG, "natural flavoring", TVP etc [which is in most processed foods].
* 10) More than 3 times a week having TABLE SALT, instead of Celtic sea salt.
* 11) More than 1 time a week taking unnatural or processed supplements.
Unhealthful Lifestyle:
* 1) Drinking less than 6 cups of water per day, or drinking fluoridated water more than once a week.
* 2) Getting a proper cleanse of the colon, liver, gallbladder and kidneys less than once every 5 years.
* 3) Having 1 or more tooth infections (or occasional toothache or blister on the gum).
* 4) Using medication or toxic herbs or other toxic treatments more than once a week.
* 5) Jogging upstairs or uphill less than ten minutes a day 4 days a week.
* 6) Lifting 5 to 10 pound weights for less than 5 minutes 4 days a week.
* 7) Getting less than 8 hours of restful sleep each night.
* 8) Getting less than 1 hour outdoor sunshine each day.
* 9) Getting 1 hour or more exposure to fluorescent light each day.
* 10) Getting 1 hour or more exposure from talking on cell phones each day.
* 11) Getting 1 hour or more exposure to cordless phones, wifi, internet routers, cell phone towers or antennas, microwave ovens or transformers each day.
* 12) Getting 1 hour or more exposure to AIR POLLUTION indoors or outdoors each day.
* 13) Getting 1 hour or more exposure to LOUD NOISE each day.
* 14) Getting 1 hour or more exposure to STRESS each day.
* 15) Having 1 hour or more of DEPRESSION each week.
* 16) Having 1 hour or more of ANGER each week.
* 17) Having 1 hour or more of FEAR or WORRY each week.
* 18) Having less than 1 hour of FUN each day.
* 19) Using no Active Listening or Nonviolent Communication.
* 20) Practicing no Moral Inventory and Making Amends.
