I didn't make it through last night. Those chocolate chip cookies called my name, and I answered. To make a long story short, I ate a lot of them, got sick, and vowed never to do that again.

I did good today - Tuesday Sep. 23. I ate well, juiced a few times. I did have about a handful of chips later that evening, but oh well, I'm not going to beat myself up over it. Really glad I didn't give in to the cookie monster. All in all I'm feeling okay, been having a dull headache, but had a bunch of energy to clean house. Moving on to day 3...
