Dose is going up
Some change, but looking for more.
Date: 9/8/2008 11:02:16 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1623 times So things have been a little different lately. Last week I started having the frontal lobe area pressure and ache I read about. Seems like it took a couple days of eight drops total Lugols to get there. I also noticed that my dreams were a little on the unpleasant side. To go along with everything was a feeling of sedation, almost like a high. It came and went too.
Over the weekend I noticed my nose started to run a little here and there. It was nothing at first, but then moved into sneezing and runny nose constantly. A family member had similar symptoms(not taking iodine), so I assume it may have been due to catching something she had. None the less, out of feeling bad partially, I missed a day's worth of dosing.
Last night I resumed protocol, but this time I am starting with five drops twice daily. So far I have not noticed anything new, but very likely soon. I intend to ry meditation in the not too distant future. I have meditated on many occasions in the past, but kind of got out of the habit over time. There is definitely a curiosity about how this detox will go along with spiritual experiences.
