Self treating restless legs syndrome and lowering cholesterol naturally.

For breakfast I will eat natural porridge with a handfull of walnuts. No added sugar and use semi skimmed milk.
Dinner will be a chicken breast ( corn fed chicken) with 2 baby carrots- 1 piece broccoli- 2 mushrooms- 2 pieces cauliflower ( I don't like veg) but these I will steam. I will add NO SALT to anything I cook and eat. The taste is much blander but I am sure my restless legs are benifiting, as I can now sleep at night without doing 10 miles in bed fidgeting! I also take 2 swanson's leg vein tablets . I think I'm on my way to eliminating RLS and lowering my cholesterol naturally!
