10 day fast : Day 1
I found this site on accident thru google, while I was looking for ideas on doing a 10 day fast.

I have done a lot of reserch on fasting/detox diets thru the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. They are a highly respected facility for their reserch here in the US. Their reports show that occasional fasting is both healthy and acceptable. It gives your organs a "day off" so to speak, which is very healthy. Of course, it also has the added bonus (and my whole purpose for doing it) of causing substantial weight loss. I drink a LOT of water. Probably a gallon a day at least. I use SF 0 cal. mints thru out the day to curb my hunger. I've done several 3 day fasts in the past and they have worked extremely well for me. So I'm willing and ready to give this 10 fast a shot!
