Day 9, 40 to go!287lbs and counting day 9 I feel great today, I think sitting outside last night helped a lot. I still have a sore shoulder, but it is getting better! 287 lbs today. I didn't walk this morning, slept late and rushed to work! I taught my daughter to make perogis and fried shrimp and rice last night and had no urge to eat anything!
