Poked by a Palm Frawn. Suggestions?
Got two palm frawn slivers in the bottom of my right foot.
Ouch! Six days later. Still outch and worse!

I am being slowed down.
One day last week, I was walking barefoot in our garden patch.
Colin had made some permaculture beds there.
In the pathway he used some of the palm frawns.
They have stickers, and I imagine some kind of poison.
Well, it is six days after two slivers got into the bottom of my foot.
The pain is getting worse, not better.
I know I need to slow down and soak it in some epsom salt,
but I am still on the run with lots of other things to do.
I guess somethings just slow us down.
I am also looking for some other natural remedies to drawn out
the sliver that is constantly annoying.
