So today I've been doing a lot of reading of fasting so I can get a good start. I know it's not going to be easy but I'm going to give it a go. I'm really need the spirtual as well as the weight loss benefits. I'm also hoping this fast helps my allegeries settle down. Well wish me luck. I'm just going to go with the flow and see how I feel. I'm hoping to get through 30 days but who knows.
