Day 16 extreme clarity,I feel different in a good way,started 3 packs of 3 lac today. The best bowel movements in years2-3 daily.Mild headache in early afternoon gone by late afternoon , feel very good .Road my bike for 45 min no problem.
Day 17 clear head,spaced out a little in morn afternoon fine , rollerbladed 1.5 hours no problem
I dont what is the real DEMON FROM HELL the candida or the sugar? I have not consumed any sugar for a while but everyday I get insane cravings for this shit. But they quickly go away when I think of how horrible I felt while on this highly addictive drug. I eat pumpkinseeds, almonds, sunflowerseeds when the craving occurs. This keeps the DEMON FROM HELL at bay . I will stick to this protocol because I do not ever to feel the way I did not long ago.
