The day before preparation....
And counting....
Date: 5/27/2008 3:43:48 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1403 times 1:35pm It's the day before the cleanse and I am all ready. I am feeling excited but nevous at the same time. My biggest concern is my boyfriend and his influence on me.... he loves to eat and feed me too! I am more comfortable around 130lbs (5'3") but now weigh 146lbs... I don't look overweight but I am uncomfortable with myself regardless.
I used to feel lots of energy and worked out almost daily, ate small portions and only when I was hungry. I have fallen into a comfort zone with the boyfriend and am now eating for every reason under the sun and feel tired, sluggish and a even a little depressed.
I am doing the cleanse for 10 days because I need to get myself back on track, to feel healthy again, to eliminate newly adopted bad habits and to get myself back down closer to 130lbs.
When I come off the cleanse the goal is to go back to being vegetarian and to be more in control of what I put in my mouth and to feel light, healthy and strong again!
3:00pm The sun is finally coming out and I am going to go out for a walk down to the water. I am going to sit at the beach and get myself mentally focused for the coming few days. I have had my cup of lax tea and am hoping that will work before I go to bed tonight. I have to have my lax tea in the day time so that it works at night because I am up at 5am and off to work and I am not near a washroom during that time sooooooo can't have any accidents. Will have to carefully plan the tea I think!!
