Okay it's been eight days and for someone that has done this before I'm doing quite well.
I guess I should give a little background to the whole thing and why I'm doing this. firstly it's for two reasons the main being weight loss and preparation for a healther eating habit. In order for me to get to that place I needed to do this, for the last few months I have been filling myself with everything under the sun and things that I would normally never eat. So in order to clear that up and stop craving stuff like pudding and souse (pickled pork feet a Barbadian delicacy) I decided upon a cleanse and revitilising of body mind and spirit.
I was at a place whereby my whole body was feeling the effects of bad eating. knees aching, depression, mood swings, puffy face, stomach, constipation, general aches and pains. (You all know the score)
So here I am on a role day eight.
Weight at beginning of diet was around 180lbs at 5ft6inchs. although I think the scales are abit wonky and actually I was heavier.
Looking for people to travel my road and assist in my journey of greatness.
