Got Thru the Nite
Uric Acid Crystal Kidney Pain all nite long.
Well enough to go in for acupuncture now.

I am fasting now.
Uric Acid Crystals likely.
Pain many hours of the day yesterday as I was working
here at the computer.
Then, the pain turned severe.
Pain was on left side, lower below bowel.
Felt like constriction.
I did not eat all day.
I was working on various projects for BEA,
New Biz Card, some house rental stuff.
Put up Craigslist ad.
Had a meltdown the day before with relationships around the house.
Did not express too much of this.
Much to be Cleared in Communication.
Lack of Clearing is reflected in mass of untidiness in the great outdoors
on this 1/3 of acre.
There is also beauty to be seen in the eyes of the beholder,
more beauty that most people see on a daily basis where they live;
but there is also great untidyness from no attention placed on the land.
Some attention is being placed on particular areas of the house.
The dining room table is a place of consciousness.
We have been meditation for about ten days at 8 PM.
My main partner had decided not to do this anymore physically sitting
together. This feels heartbreaking for me.
The concept, her idea, was to create Safe Space and build up
Community Energy
I have to pay attention right now.
Showering is helping ease the pain.
The pain in the front went away.
I also was throwing up a lot from old juice I made a few days ago,
green juice. The Amino Activ would not stay down on top of the juice.
I used Boiron Arnica Montana 30c as my pain pain reliever.
There is also something that helps.
The front pain went away through showers.
That moves energy.
I took about six showers during the night,
with lots of Arnica Montana Homeopathy.
The pain left the front. The Uric Acid Crystal moved.
The pain is now in the lower back in the kidney.
I want to get down to the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and
get some needles.
Got a call from Sanda yesterday morning.
She wants to move on the house refinancing.
I listened once.
I had other priorities.
I was maintaining my energy.
The pain was coming on all day.
I maintained strength, spiritually, most of the day.
Wrote her back via email.
She called twice.
Said some clear things in my email.
Suppose to do two weekend activities.
I will fast today on Apple Juice,
and go to PCOM, then WFM for more Arnica.
Not Eating helps this condition.
Took a few of Nuvah Yeetah's Kidneytone and Rejuvenation formula.
Will get in touch with him later.
Need to call Bill and let him know my condition.
I will likely be O.K. by Saturday.
Grateful to be able to sit right now.
Some pain...4 on scale of 10 in left back kidney area.
Severe pain in front left side nonexistent now.
Amazing how things can come and go.
