Greetings Whole Being brothers and sisters! We are close to our favorite time of the year again when all of us get to come together for community and play! In anticipation of the the big Weekend, we've got several preliminary events scheduled to build up the Whole Being momentum.
May 30 Fifth Friday DanceJam Party
To kick the season off we are having our Fifth Friday Whole Being Weekend Dance Jam on May 30th. We'll start off with free dessert & tea (while it lasts!) at 8pm, come together for a welcoming circle led by Kamala Devi at 8:30pm, followed by our amazing DanceJam with guest DJ Rommel (Dancing Guru) from 9pm to midnight.
This will be a special night because this will be your first chance to register for this year's WBW (paper registration, cash or check only please). Also, we are having people sign up to help out at the WBW as volunteers and coordinators, so let's gather, celebrate and create the best Whole Being Weekend ever!

Volunteer Community Leaders Wanted! Do you love to unite, serve and play?
If so, gather with us at a beautiful country property in Poway. We'll break bread (and more!) together and discuss ways for you to be involved in helping put on this year's WBW. There are a limited number of scholarships available for those who are willing to give ten hours or more to the cause. We also have a few key coordinator positions open for those willing to give more. Volunteers make the Whole Being Weekend Happen!
Important Changes for this WBW
Because of construction this summer at the camp, there are a couple of major changes necessary this year.
1) Attendance will be capped at 350
Parking and camping areas will be reduced because of the construction at the camp. To ensure that we can provide adequate room for everyone, we must limit the number of folks who can attend. Therefore...
2) Advance registration will be required
If you want to attend, you must pre-register before we reach our limit of 350 attendees, or by August 31, whichever comes first.
No walkup registration will be available this year. No exceptions.
So sign up soon! This is your best chance to get the best rates and the choicest cabin to stay in. It also helps us know how much yummy organic food to order and supplies to buy. This is also important because it helps us keep our prices so insanely low and keep the WBW the most affordable event of its kind in the known universe!
Online registration (using a credit or debit card) begins on June 1, or at the May 30 party (cash or check only). Registration ends Aug 31st or sooner if we fill up.

What is the Whole Being Weekend?
For thirty-six years the WBW has been the place where Southern Californians gather for love, healing and community building. Reach out to your old friends and make new ones.
