Day 1
I don't know what abstract is....
Date: 5/12/2008 10:11:11 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 3025 times Day 1 is almost over. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it's only day one. I experienced extreme cravings, like pizza and oreos. mmm....
Especially after my roommate(who i started with) decided to stop doing the master cleanser and ate right in front of me. =( But that's okay, I feel stronger.
The lemonade isn't as great as I thought it would be. I'm kinda really sick of the taste. But, it's a lot better hot than cold, so i guess that's what I'll do from now on. I'm not doing any Salt Water Flush because I know that I'll throw up if I drink salt. Ugh...but the tea didn't really do anything yet. Hmm...
I do have a big headache, and have had it all day. Hopefully it goes away. I need to keep strong because I know that if I don't, I'm gonna eat eat eat.
