The beginning of the cleanse! Starting weight....

Ok so I'm going to start the cleanse tonight with the Smooth Move tea. Now I have already done this diet once before a year ago and it was wonderful. I lost 15 pounds. It wasn't easy though...plus i had a really good reason for doing it. My boyfriend was coming home from Croatia and i didn't want him to see that i gained 10 ponds while he was gone for 2 months. haha....so i was really motivated. Now i've gotten lazy and gained almost all back and I would like to lose a good 15 pounds since summer is coming up. I think that if I keep this blog it will help me stay motivated for ten days. I just have to keep telling myself its just ten days.
